Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery of your item to the destination. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange, however contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we are available to evaluate what to do.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Different types of goods are exempt from returning. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Furthermore, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some items for health and personal care
To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. (Our invoice)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before agreeing this with us.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or open vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
So contact the credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially registered.

We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same article, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will provide you with information on what to do to perform the exchange
To return the product, you must request information on how to do it by e-mail at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to reach your exchanged product can vary.
If you are shipping an item over € 100.00, we recommend that you use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for the correct delivery of the returned item.
